Standard postage within Australia is only $9.95 for up to 3 items*.
This excludes the larger products such as retro handsets, testing meter, etc.

We strive to keep all our products in stock at all times. Unfortunately, there may be rare occasions when Goods advertised on our website are unavailable.

If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives. You may accept the alternatives we offer or cancel all or part of your order.

You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order and we will refund to you the price of the Goods.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & EXCHANGES

We aim to offer excellent customer service and quality products to ensure your absolute satisfaction. If you are not wholly satisfied with the product, please email us at the earliest opportunity.

Manufacturing defect claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We may request that you email us a photograph of the defective product or we may request that the goods must be returned to us. The goods should be returned in original packaging in their original condition, with serial number ID tag attached, securely wrapped or enclosed in a plastic or padded postbag, and at your cost (with a valid tracking number supplied).

If we and/or the manufacturer deem the goods to be faulty we will provide a replacement to you.

Please note, due to health & safety guidelines headsets with earbuds cannot be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect choice or incompatibility. Before processing your order & payment, please check compatibility lists. If you have any questions please email info@safeheadset.com.au and we will do our best to confirm compatibility or the correct headset to order.
